Lightning and Helicopters

Nightmare — @ 18:59

I'm laying on a beach under a straw umbrella, by myself, my bare feet in the sand. There's a large house in the distance behind me. I'm watching large, old-fashioned ships sail by. Then, the beautiful sunny day turns completely dark. Thick, heavy clouds fill the sky and lightning flashes between them. It's not raining yet, but the wind is beginning to pick up, so I figure I should pick up any loose items in the yard, which turn out to be a set of cue balls. So, I'm carrying these towards shelter, trying to shove them in a hole in this wooden door.

Then, I was in a perfectly manicured yard, in front of a large house. At first I was watching a man and a woman laying in lounge chairs looking at the sky. As the dream went on, I was the man laying in the chair, and looking up at the sky, I saw 2 planes. The planes that drag banners behind them. I mentioned something about how you could barely see what the banners said, because the sky was so dark and cloudy. I wondered why they were flying by at all.

I strained to read the first one, and it said something terribly pessimistic, and I looked at the woman like, what does that mean. Then, the second one's banner came closer and closer, like there was no wind to hold it in the sky. The end of it drooped in the yard right next to where I was sitting. I sat up and looked at the plane it was attached to.

It looked like it was struggling to stay in the sky, like the weight of the banner was bringing it down. At that moment, I realized it was going to fall, and knew that the banner was literally right next to me. The plane fell very close to me and exploded.
