We went to the pier and had dinner, and then came back to my house to get ready to go out to Alibi. Alibi was pretty busy, I guess since pride was that weekend. We danced a lot, and Nick drove, so I didn't have to worry about my Long Island consumption. We went to my house afterwards and... Nick and I get along really well. It's awesome. :-D
Mark had told me that Kevin was all upset because I hadn't returned his phone calls, and he thought I was mad at him. Of course when I saw Kevin on Thursday night, he didn't say anything to me... Mark kept asking me, like, do you like kevin, what about kevin being your boyfriend... Etc. I told him that Kevin and I had already been through this, and I had told him straight out before that I wasn't interested. Anyways, Kevin ended up getting all drunk and upset. I avoided that situation, and danced with Nick most of the night. I was dancing with Mark for a bit, and he said that Kevin, him and I should have a threesome. I was like, oh no no... A couple minutes later, he comes up to me while I was dancing on stage and started yelling in my ear, "Why can't we have a threesome, is it Kevin, or is it me?" I just started laughing. He was like, well, then you and I can go to your house... LOL. He was very persistent. It was cute. Oh, and Mark is hot.
Oh, and I saw Marvin. He looked damn good too. LOL. He text messaged me at some point and said 'too bad. i thought we had something.' I guess he saw me dancing with other people and was jealous. I dunno. He hadn't called me in like a week, and he could never find any free time to hang out with me, so...
Work on Friday went so slow. My week was only three days long, but I was sooo ready for it to be over. I was so tired on Friday that I came home and took a nap. Unfortunately, I didn't much feel like waking up when it was time for me to meet Mark over at Cityside, so I just ended up waking up early on Saturday morning. By noon, I had gotten so much done. It was excellent.
Nick called me after he woke up, and I told him I was thinking about going to the Apple Store to buy a hard drive I had seen on the Apple website. I needed something to back up my dead laptop's hard drive onto. Nick wanted to go with me, so he drove over here and we went to International Mall. They didn't have the 120 GB model that I wanted, the smallest one they carry, apparently, is the 160 GB one, for $180.00, so I mulled over the purchase for a little bit, as we went to some other stores. I bought a dressy shirt from Hollister. It's pink. Haha. I did end up going back to the Apple Store, which was a total madhouse on a Saturday afternoon, and bought the hard drive.
I drove back here and Nick went home. We planned on me driving over there around 7:30 for dinner. So I hooked up the hard drive and started the transfer process. It took forever, and was still going when I left. It is done now though and worked perfectly. I can now start up the iMac from the external hard drive which has all the programs from my laptop on it. So I can work on things that I haven't seen in months...
Nick grilled chicken, which was really good, and we ate dinner with his Dad. I didn't realize it at the time, but Nick told me afterwards that that was a good sign. He said that if his Dad and sister don't like someone he is hanging out with they won't hesitate to tell him. He also told me that it was a good sign that his Dad ate dinner at the table with me. :)
I drove to Alibi, which was PACKED. OMG! It was wall to wall people. I always pull into the front parking lot just in case there is a parking space up there, but there was no chance on Saturday night. There were people all over the porch, spilling out onto the parking lot. They had to move tables and chairs down onto the sidewalk past the fence and open up a bar outside. Dancing was nearly impossible, but still fun. HAHA. Mark's friend Sydney, from Denver showed up and I finally got to meet him. He seemed like a lot of fun. Mark was being very flirtatious, which I think pissed Kevin off. Oh dear. But yeah, after the bar closed, Mark followed Nick and I back to Nick's house where we hung out and had a little more to drink.
All in all it was a fun weekend, Nick and I woke up on Sunday and watched movies for a while. Then I came home, cuz Nick had to get some homework done. I went to sleep kinda early last night, just so I would be rested up for Monday. I was busy at work today, but it went pretty quickly.
