So, I noticed I've had a couple visits from people in PA. I've gotten some hits from people using Armstrong and Comcast internet services, as well as someone from the Slippery Rock Campus. So hello!

I had a pretty cool weekend. On Friday I went after work to get a haircut, which I'd have to say was really quick. I don't like it when stylists seem to be rushing, but it turned out well, so... After leaving the mall, I picked up Shane from work and took him to get his paycheck cashed.

We came home and Jay had called me to see if I felt like going out. I did, but I am SOO over Chambers that I suggested City Side. So that's what we did on Friday evening. It was pretty fun. Walter met up with us there. Justin also came out, but kinda late, around 2:15 or so.

 

After leaving City Side, we headed over to Walt's, which isn't too far away. I drove with Justin and Shane drove Jiganesh's car. So, Justin and I are at Walt's and some time has passed. We're kind of starting to wonder where Jay and Shane are at. So we call and can't get them on the phone. Eventually Shane calls me and tells me where he's at, which is somewhere in North Tampa.

Fortunately, I know North Tampa well, so I was able to give him directions to get to Walt's, but it took forever for them to finally get there...

So, we were at Walt's pretty late/early.

We all headed back to Swaying Palms. Shane dropped off Jay and drove his car back to SP. Justin and I went to McDonalds and he got breakfast. Then, back at the house, even though it was about 7 in the morning, Shane wanted a martini, cuz he hadn't had anything to drink all night. So, he made some martinis and we were all hanging out outside drinking them, all kinds of trashed, as the neighbors walked by with their dogs, and the sun came up. ;)

So, I went to sleep all kinds of late. Justin and I slept until 4:30. Mike wasn't home on Friday night, but came home and knew we had gone out last night, cuz he didn't hear a peep from any of us. lol.

On Saturday, none of us were really hungover, surprisingly enough, but all of us were pretty lazy. Justin and I went to get Taco Bell and brought some back for Mike. Then we all sat at the kitchen table and looked through home design and remodeling books and magazines. Shane had gone to take Jay's car back to him.

On Saturday night I considered going to Alibi, but decided to just chill at home. Didn't do much of anything on Sunday. Shane and I took a long walk over to Coquina Key. We went to the dog park there and smoked. Then walked back to the house.

Our construction crew had arrived while we were on the walk. So when we got back there were two guys there. Mike and his brother were gone with the other two guys. So I half-introduced myself, since I was on the phone. I talked to my Mom for a while and then Shane and I went to Wal-Mart to buy some things.

And... I have installed bitweaver, a content management system on SwayingPalms.net, and I'll be uploading some demolition pics sometime soon. Mike and Shane are both at the house today, and Shane told me it is CRAZY there!
